# About MailDeck

Cold email infrastructure 833K+ inboxes under management

MailDeck is a cold email infrastructure provider. We build and operate the sending layer that outbound teams run their campaigns on: inboxes, domains, DNS and authentication, monitored and maintained for the life of the account. As of Q2 2026 the platform manages 833,900+ inboxes and 1,200+ domains for 1,631+ clients, carrying roughly 7.5 million emails per day and more than 270 million cold emails sent to date.

## What we operate

Most providers specialise in one infrastructure type. MailDeck runs three, so a team can match infrastructure to the audience it is targeting and diversify the risk of any single provider burning:

- Microsoft 365 Outlook tenants - individual Azure tenants with dedicated US IP addresses, 100 inboxes per tenant, on official Microsoft IP pools.

- Google Workspace inboxes - provisioned on Google infrastructure, delivered ready to connect to a sequencer.

- Private SMTP - a dedicated IP per client with real-time monitoring and priority support.

Every domain ships with SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured automatically and DNS propagation verified before the first email is sent. Google Workspace is instant, SMTP inboxes are delivered within 24 hours, and Outlook domains are ready within two to three business days.

## What MailDeck is not

MailDeck is not a sequencer and does not send your campaigns for you. We provide the infrastructure that connects to any SMTP-compatible sequencer - Instantly, Smartlead, Saleshandy, Apollo, Lemlist, Woodpecker, Reply.io, Snov.io, PlusVibe, QuickMail, GMass and others. Your sequencer is a scheduler; it does not determine deliverability. Inbox type accounts for roughly 60% of deliverability, and the remaining 40% is domain health and copy quality.
