Refund Policy:

Eligibility: Refunds are available for trial users with a single "tenant" within the first 30 days of purchase. Mailboxes must not have been delivered in working order within 10-14 business days. Refunds are not available for issues related to campaigns being caught by content filters.

Requirements:

Requests must be submitted in writing within the 30-day eligibility period.

Include your order number and a detailed reason for the refund request.

Process:

Send your refund request to sabo@scalingroom.com or support@maildeck.co.

Requests are reviewed within 5 business days, and approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Limitations:

Only one refund per customer is allowed.

Refunds are non-transferable and issued to the original payment method only.

Exclusions: Refunds are not available after the 30-day period or for non-trial bulk purchases.

Account Termination: Approved refunds result in account deactivation and removal of associated services.
