# MailDeck Pricing

Transparent, high-volume pricing with zero hidden implementation fees.

MailDeck sells cold email infrastructure: inboxes, domains and DNS. Not a sequencer. Every plan below connects to any SMTP-compatible sending tool. Pricing is organised into five product lines, and each one is metered differently: Microsoft Outlook is priced **per domain**, Google Workspace **per plan** (a bundle of mailbox slots and domains), private SMTP **per inbox**, the Diversified Stack **per bundle**, and pre-warmed inventory **per tenant**.

Prices are monthly, in USD, and exclude the domain registration itself unless a plan says domains are included.

## Choosing a stack

The rule we lead with in the [Cold Email Bible](https://maildeck.co/guideline) is that deliverability is determined by your inbox type, domain health and copy quality - not by your sequencer, your "exclusive infrastructure" or your warmup tool. Your sequencer is a scheduler. Every plan here connects to any SMTP-compatible one, so pick infrastructure on the audience you're sending to, not on the tool you send with.

Ranked on deliverability, that puts the four inbox types in this order:

Google Workspace lands best and costs the most per inbox; Outlook is where the volume economics are. Most programmes should not sit entirely on one of them - the Bible's diversification stack splits roughly **50% Outlook / 30% SMTP / 20% Google**, which is the same ratio the Diversified Stack bundles are built to.

### If you want to launch fast

- **Skip the warmup window entirely** - pre-warmed Outlook tenants at $40/tenant ship with an established sender reputation, so they send from day one rather than after a ramp.
- **Otherwise start on Premium, not Normal.** Premium carries the extra deliverability configuration that warms in 3–5 days and sustains 8–10 sends per inbox per day; Normal is the cheaper way to buy volume across more domains, not the faster way to get sending.
- **Fewest decisions: a Diversified bundle.** Starter is $99/mo for 5 domains spread across Outlook, SMTP and Google at 40K sends/month, with DNS and authentication set up across all three. One purchase, correct ratio, nothing to architect.
- **Cheapest real starting point** is Google Workspace Starter at $39/mo - 10 mailboxes across 2 domains, the best-landing inbox type, enough to validate copy before scaling.
- **Private SMTP is not a starter option.** The minimum order is 100 inboxes, so it belongs in the mix once you are scaling volume, not in a first test.

Whatever you start on, do not exceed the per-domain sending limits in the table above - that is the single fastest way to burn infrastructure you just paid for. The setup itself is included on every plan, along with free domain replacement.

## Volume pricing

Microsoft Outlook (Normal and Premium), private SMTP and per-inbox Google Workspace step down in price as volume rises. The rate is set by your **cumulative** units on that product, not by the size of a single order: an account already running 15 Normal tenants that adds 10 more is at 25 total, so the whole new order bills at the 21+ rate rather than the entry rate.

Outlook Mixed is a flat $35/tenant at any quantity, and the Diversified and Google Workspace bundles are flat-price subscriptions - none of the four carries a volume break. Minimum order quantities: 100 inboxes for private SMTP, 5 inboxes for per-inbox Google Workspace, 1 tenant for any Outlook line.

## Microsoft Outlook

Priced per domain. Every domain carries 100 inboxes and sends 500+ emails/day, on individual US Microsoft tenants using official Microsoft IP pools. The tiers differ only in how hard each inbox is pushed.

Both tiers use official Microsoft IP pools. Premium adds extra deliverability configuration for faster warmup (3–5 days) and higher volume (8–10 sends per inbox per day). Normal is the lowest-cost option (4–5 sends per inbox per day) for buying volume across more domains.

Included on every Outlook tier: complete technical setup, free domain replacement, individual US Microsoft tenants, integration with 15+ sending tools, and Intercom chat support. A custom tier (100+ inboxes per domain, custom volume configuration, dedicated account manager, Slack 1:1 support) is quoted on request.

At 100,000 sends/month the volume calculator recommends 8 Normal domains at $240/mo, 4 Premium domains at $160/mo, or 5 Mixed domains at $175/mo. Above 20 tenants the Normal and Premium rates step down - see [volume pricing](#volume-pricing).

## Google Workspace

Priced per plan rather than per domain. Each plan bundles mailbox slots and a domain allowance; additional mailboxes are billed at a per-plan rate. Every tier sends 20 cold emails safely per day per mailbox.

Included on every Google Workspace tier: an official admin panel (one per domain) with 2FA, real-time monitoring and alerts, 15+ platform integrations, unlimited team members and workspaces, and full API access with webhooks. Google Workspace inboxes can also be bought per inbox rather than as a plan, at $3.50 each stepping down to $3.00 above 249 and $2.80 above 1,249 (minimum 5). A custom tier covers 1,000+ inboxes with a dedicated account manager and Slack 1:1 support.

## Private SMTP

Priced per inbox, provisioned five inboxes per domain, with a dedicated IP address per account.

- **Private SMTP** - $0.50/inbox, stepping down to $0.45 above 1,000 inboxes and $0.40 above 5,000. Minimum order 100 inboxes. Up to 250k emails/month, 10–15 cold emails safely per inbox per day, 5 inboxes per domain, dedicated IP address, custom DKIM/SPF setup, zero-interference delivery, real-time monitoring, Intercom chat support.
- **Leveraged SMTP** - **sold out**. 1M+ emails/month, 10–15 cold emails safely per inbox per day, 5 inboxes per domain, high-authority warm pools, global smart routing, advanced bounce management, dedicated architect.

## Diversified Stack

New. A single bundle that splits sending across Microsoft Outlook, private SMTP and Google Workspace, so no one provider carries the whole programme. Each bundle requires a stated number of domains.
